Luigi Magri, the founder of Immobiliare Magri s.a.s. began as an estate agent in the '50s. He was amongst the first to deal with the sale of buildable plots and the construction of villas with swimming pools,  and yet managed to do so without neglecting the sales of land and farms. With great foresight, he anticipated the progressive increase in demand from both Italians and foreigners and began to sell the first apartments in the '60s, and later, in the late 70's, residences in fully appointed holiday complexes.
Luigi's children, Giancarlo, Maddalena and Nicola inherited not only his business, but also his talents and professionalism.
